  • 1 Hour Rehearsal (either week of, night before, or morning of – dependent on availability)

Month of Coordination

  • Phone and email access the month of the wedding

  • 1 in-person meeting (or via zoom) to discuss the details

  • 1 Zoom meeting the week of the wedding

  • Oversee the rehearsal at the venue on the day of the wedding

  • Create a timeline and distribute to all vendors

  • Manage day of set-up

  • Set linens and additional decor

  • Oversee all of the reception details

  • Manage vendor arrival

  • Oversee vendor set up

  • Cue wedding party during the day (Before, during, and after the ceremony.)

  • Oversee clean-up and ensure no personal items are left behind.

Can you have more than 120 guests in the All Inclusive Package? Absolutely!

Here is how the package works when you are over 120:

- All overages are paid directly to the vendor

- Catering $18-$19/person + tax + 20% service fee when choosing an included menu option

- Additional linens (typically $25-$30 per 10 guests over the 120)

- Additional floral centerpieces. This is optional - You can always re-use bridesmaid bouquets or add-on centerpieces to your tables.

- Over 150 guests requires an extra bartender + security officer

- Over 150 guests requires an extra assistant for set up, $250

If your bridal party is more than 6:

- Additional hair + make up starts at $200/person (dependent upon date)

- Additional bouquets starting at $85/person.

- Additional boutonnières starting at $25/person.
